Ahmedabad, Gujarat – The city is all set to witness an exciting showcase of skill and sportsmanship at the Blackk & One Cup 2025, a premier open team badminton championship organized by Blackk & One Badminton Academy by Blackk & One Sports Foundation in collaboration with the Gujarat Badminton Association.
Scheduled to take place on 17th and 18th May 2025 at the Blackk & One Badminton Academy, Thaltej, this high-energy tournament invites teams across three combined age categories – 75+, 85+, and 95+. The tournament will follow the AS30 shuttlecock standard and promises to bring together experienced and enthusiastic badminton players from across the state. AS30 shuttlecocks, typically reserved for international tournaments, are being used in this prestigious event to ensure top-quality gameplay.
This is a one-of-its-kind premium badminton tournament in Gujarat, offering a record-breaking and highly attractive cash prize for the very first time.

• 🥉 2nd Runner Up: ₹25,000
All participating teams must register six players, with eligibility criteria allowing one player born on or before 1994 (age 30+) and five players born on or before 1989 (age 35+). Once submitted, team compositions cannot be changed.
The tournament format ensures a fair and competitive environment:
• Matches will be decided at 29-all by the next winning rally.
• Top 2 teams from each group will qualify based on maximum points earned and matches won.
• In the event of injuries or non-reporting, opponents will be awarded full points (30-0).
